Some Memberships carry Goods and Services values. To comply with IRS regulations for OSF’s nonprofit 501(c)(3) status, the value of Membership/donation benefits must be deducted from your receipt/acknowledgment. We estimate the following amounts to be non-tax deductible: 1935er: $0, Sustainer $15, Patron $84, Benefactor $114, Producer $420, Producers’ Circle $444, Chautauqua Guild $700, Chautauqua Guild Circle $700, Artistic Director’s Circle $1,212, Century Circle $1,212.

OSF Memberships and associated benefits are designated to up to two account holders and are non-transferable. Benefits expire with Membership. Benefits and dates subject to change. There are no group benefits with Membership.

If you wish to decline those benefits for tax purposes, please contact [email protected]. If you donate through such mechanisms as a Donor Advised Fund or a Qualified IRA Distribution, we will not provide these benefits that carry Goods and Services values, in accordance with nonprofit regulations.
