FAQ
What is a watch party?
Unlike streaming on-demand, a watch party is a live, online experience where you watch a film or video with others at the same time. It's like gathering in a theatre—but online! The watch parties presented by OSF's O! Digital Stage also include a chat room and live Q&A with artists, giving you the opportunity to engage in conversation with artists and other audience members.

Who can I reach out to for technical support?
If you are experiencing any technical issues please email [email protected] for assistance. We have team members standing by to assist you.

My video keeps buffering, what should I do?
If you are experiencing buffering, you might want to try lowering the video resolution or selecting "auto" (bottom-right corner of your screen).

Can I go back to watch something I missed?
As this film is broadcast live, you cannot go back in real time.

How can I see the highest definition version of the show?
We recommend toggling your screen to 1080p. However, if your internet connection is weak and you’re experiencing buffering, we recommend lowering the resolution.
