Cheyenne Holbert, also known as Blue, discovered the world of Wigs and Makeup nearly ten years ago and has never looked back. She graduated with her Master’s Degree in Wig and Makeup Design from University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music in 2020 and has worked for companies such as Music Theatre Wichita and Tuacahn Center for the Arts.
