FAIR Assistant Lighting Director, The Taming of the Shrew and Emma
Delighted to make their OSF debut, Elliott is a theatrical nerd of many trades based in Oregon. Their work often involves copious amounts of spreadsheets, writing detailed instructions, climbing up to unseen perches, and properly coiling cables. As a stage manager and lighting designer they typically end up working on new works but are a re-imagined classics enthusiast. They are passionate about projects that celebrate disability and queerness in all areas. Lighting design: Far Away (Willamette University Theatre), APE, Grow Learn Play, and Gone (Theatre 33). Assistant lighting design: The Secretaries and Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind (Willamette University Theatre). Stage management: Bloom Bloom Pow, In the Deep, The Liar (Willamette University Theatre), Holiday Shorts Part 2, The City and the Sea, The Names, Working for Crumbs (Theatre 33). Elliott has also worked with Speculative Drama, Stumptown Stages, and 21ten Theatre. Education: Theatrical Intimacy Education, ConsultAbility, Willamette University: BA in Theatre–Stage Management. Elliott is eternally grateful to their mom and guncles for nurturing their love of camp and theatrical storytelling. IG: @elliott.alongi ; elliottalongi.wordpress.com
