Stan is thrilled to be making his debut at OSF in a play by David Henry Hwang, with whom he has a 36-year history. It began Off-Broadway in FOB, written and directed by David in 1990. Stan originated the role of Eng Tieng Bin in Golden Child and performed it Off-Broadway at The Public Theatre, South Coast Repertory and Kennedy Center. He did the film Golden Gate, screenplay by David. Broadway: Tony Award–winning Anything Goes directed by Jerry Zaks. Off Broadway: Day Standing on Its Head (Manhattan Theatre Club) directed by Oskar Eustis, Yankee Dawg You Die (Playwrights Horizons), The Dream of Kitamura. Regional: American Conservatory Theatre, Pasadena Playhouse, South Coast Repertory, La Jolla Playhouse, Guthrie Theatre, Yale Repertory, Berkeley Repertory, Mark Taper Forum Taper Too, Seattle Repertory, ACT Theatre, New Jersey Repertory, Huntington Theatre.
