Roger Davis in Rent

Understudy: Balthasar and Others in Romeo and Juliet

Ian is bustling with excitement to be playing his dream role as Roger in Rent in his debut performance at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival! Ward’s mother’s side of the family comes from Oregon, and this Festival holds a special place in his heart. His most recent work was in Pat Benatar’s Invincible at The Wallis, also directed by Tiffany Nichole Greene. Ward’s Broadway credits include Gettin’ the Band Back Together and Radio City Music Hall Christmas Spectacular. Other leading roles in regional productions include Catch Me If You Can, Rock of Ages Hollywood, and American Idiot.  Ian can be seen on TV in 9-1-1, Veronica Mars, and Lifetime’s Bad Tutor. Having studied at Berklee College of Music, Ian writes and records his own original music. He plays live shows throughout the year in LA, NY, Las Vegas, and now around Oregon.
