Brad Edgerton

Dr. Brad Edgerton is President of the Edgerton Foundation and a plastic surgeon in the Southern California Permanente Medical Group, and a Clinical Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of Southern California. Dr. Edgerton specializes in reconstructive plastic surgery including congenital  deformities, breast  cancer  reconstruction, hand surgery, and nerve surgery reconstructions for tumors and paralytic conditions of the face, neck and extremities. He directs the regional Brachial Plexus and Peripheral Nerve Team for Kaiser Permanente and has authored multiple articles and textbook chapters in his field. In addition to his surgical  practice, Dr. Edgerton has a long-standing philanthropic interest in new  American plays. Since 2006, the Edgerton Foundation has supported extra rehearsal time for 216 world premieres at 50 non-profit theaters  around the country. OSF has received awards for: Welcome Home Jenny Sutter, Equivocation, Ghost Light, All  the Way, Liquid Plain, Unfortunates, Family Album, Great Society and Head Over Heels. The Edgerton Foundation also supports efforts to deal with security and international policy, creative environmental and energy solutions, and supports artistic, educational and cultural institutions in Los Angeles. Dr. Edgerton additionally serves as a trustee of Harvard-Westlake School, Pacific Council on International Policy, Geffen Playhouse, National Council for the American Theatre and Southern Skis. He is married to Louise and they share four grown children.
