Refunds

Tickets must be received in or released to the Box Office at least seven days before the performance. $4 per ticket Refund Fee. (Exception: No refund on special offers)

Exchanges

Tickets must be received in or released to the Box Office at least seven days before the performance. $2 per ticket Exchange Fee. (Exception: No exchanges on special offers)

Current OSF Members refund and exchange privilege

Tickets must be received in or tickets released to the Box Office at least three days before the performance. No fees charged.(Exception: No refunds or exchanges on special offers)

Any exceptions to the above terms will be assesed a $5 per ticket service fee.

All refunds or exchanges must be arranged by contacting the Box Office at (541) 482-4331 or toll-free (800) 219-8161 or boxoffice@osfashland.org. Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed over the internet.

Tax-deductible Donation

Any tickets received at the Box Office before the performance may qualify as a tax-deductible donation.

Youths

Children under 6 are not admitted to plays or other events. For information about Child Care click here. A maximum of four youth tickets for each adult ticket may be purchased per performance. Members of groups do not receive youth savings.

Some of our plays contain material that you may not consider suitable for your children. Please read the plays before ordering, or ask the Box Office staff about specific concerns. You may also read our Age Recommendations suggested by our Education Department.

Weather

Summer rains usually pass within 20 to 30 minutes. If it rains during the first hour of the play on the Elizabethan Stage, rain vouchers will be issued only to those who choose to leave during that period. To receive your voucher, you must be present as the play begins, and you must turn in your ticket stub to the Box Office.

Performance cancellation

If a performance on the Elizabethan Stage is cancelled during the first hour, you may exchange your ticket stub for another show this season or receive a voucher good through next season. There are no refunds for shows.
