To be eligible for the rafting ticket drawing, you must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and have purchased 2010 season OSF play tickets either online, at the window, or by phone by July 6, 2010. Employees and other representatives of Oregon Shakespeare Festival Association, Inc. or Rogue Wilderness Adventures are not eligible to win prizes. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations of the United States apply. Offer void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.

Winners will receive a gift certificate from Noah’s River Adventures good for two complimentaryfull-day raft trips. The Sweepstakes winner and his or her guest will be responsible for their own transportation to and from Ashland, Oregon. The prize is valid until June 14, 2012. Winners will be drawn and notified on July 7, 2010 by email. The odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The prizes are not transferable, and no substitutions or cash exchanges are permissible, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. All charges or expenses, other than those mentioned above, are the responsibility of the Sweepstakes winner and/or his or her guest. The Sweepstakes winner and his or her guest must obtain their own valid travel documents (such as passports) and are responsible for obtaining their own insurance, such as health, medical, trip cancellation and other insurance. Other restrictions may apply.

OSF and each of its directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents disclaim any and all liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries and losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light). Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, the winner releases Sponsor and each of its directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all such liability. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor’s users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the drawing or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit a person's ability to participate in the drawing.

Entrants also agree that Sponsor is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an Entrant’s or third person’s computer related to or resulting from the Sweepstakes and/or its prizes.  Sponsor is not liable for damage to a user’s computer system (including, without limitation, any server failure or lost, delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction) due, either directly or indirectly, to an Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading of information in connection with the Sweepstakes.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes in the event that any portion of the web site becomes technically corrupted.

Sweepstakes entries must be made by the close of business July 6, 2010 to be considered valid for the July 7, 2010 drawing.

• Drawing: One prize winner will be selected in a random computer drawing from all eligible entries, to be held at Oregon Shakespeare Festival offices on or about July 7, 2010. If the notified winner fails to respond with acceptance of the prize, compliance with the sweepstakes rules and regulations, or if the winner fails to meet the sweepstakes eligibility requirements, the notified winner shall forfeit his/her prize in full, and an alternate winner will be selected in the manner as defined above.
• Notification: The winner will be notified via email and/or telephone within three (3) business days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be reached via e-mail or telephone over the span of three business days, an alternate winner will be selected. Neither OSF nor its affiliates, or advertising or promotion agencies are responsible for any (i) lost, delayed or corrupted data transmissions or other communication related errors with relation to telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, or Internet malfunctions (ii) other errors, failures or malfunctions, resulting in late, lost, or misdirected Notifications or (iii) any damage to an entrant's system occasioned by receipt of the Notification.

By submitting an e-mail address in our sweepstakes, you agree to the rules and regulations of this sweepstakes. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules or cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time, in its sole discretion. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, tamper with the operation of the Sweepstakes or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sponsor, the Sweepstakes or any other entrant (in each case as determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit participation in the Sweepstakes of persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

Except where prohibited by law, entry and/or acceptance of prize(s) constitutes permission for Sponsor and its affiliates to use the winner’s name for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, including without limitation on-line, unless prohibited by law.  Sponsor reserves the right to request additional information to confirm eligibility.

All entrants agree to comply fully with each provision in these Official Rules.  Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this sweepstakes and any person who does not comply with these Official Rules will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
