accessibility

ASL interpreters Pam Parham, Anne Del Vecchio, and Billy Seago prepare to interpret a recent production in the Elizabethan Theatre.

The Oregon Shakespeare Festival is committed to accessibility. We recognize the needs of persons with disabilities and strive to make our facilities and productions accessible to all.

To order tickets, call the Box Office at (800) 219-8161 or (541) 482-4331, OTRS (711), ask for the OSF Box Office at (541) 482-4331 or email to boxoffice@osfashland.org. Student groups or organizational group call Group Sales, (866) 545-6337 or (541) 488-5406 or email to groupsales@osfashland.org.

Revised ADA regulations: As of March 15, 2011, new regulations are in effect that address online ticketing for those with access needs. In part, these regulations say that wheelchair seating must be available to be sold online in the same manner as non-wheelchair seats. Due to technical limitations of our current website, we are unable to comply with these regulations at the present time, and wheelchair seating will continue to be handled by phone and email. We are in the process of a complete website redesign which will bring us into full compliance with these new standards, as well as allow us the flexibility to adapt and improve the online experience for users with all manner of access needs. If you have any questions, contact Jim Amberg, Access Coordinator.
