plan your group trip

To help plan your group’s trip to OSF, here are five handy tips to make the process easy:

  1. Select the productions you'd like to see
Simply call us with your request and let us know the best way and time for us to reach you. One of our group sales representatives will contact you to complete the process. Teachers with student groups are encouraged to use our Age Recommendations to help select plays.

  2. Select classes, events, tours
Your group will get much more from its visit by attending a Backstage Tour and other classes and events for adults and students.
  3. Reserve accommodations
From Bed & Breakfasts to campgrounds, browse our wide selection of accommodation options.
  4. Remember your tour guides
Order tickets for your group's guides and bus drivers.
  5. How to order tickets

Arriving by bus?

There are specific regulations regarding bus traffic in downtown Ashland, as well as designated bus parking areas. A packet with pertinent information for the driver is sent to each group with the paid-in-full contract. Contact Group Sales if you do not receive your packet.

Picking up your tickets

When picking up your tickets at the Box Office, please allow at least one-half hour to check and distribute them. To protect your tickets, we give tickets to the group leader only. Make sure that person is there and has photo identification.
