Ticket Policies

Listed below are some policies that may affect your ticket purchasing decisions that we would like to let you know about.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

Tickets must be received in the Box Office, or Will Call tickets released to the Box Office, at least seven days before the performance. There is a $10 per ticket refund fee. No refunds on special offers.

All refunds must be arranged by contacting the Box Office at 541-482-4331, 800-219-8161 or boxoffice@osfashland.org. All refunds on purchases made with a credit card must be refunded back to the same credit card.

A $15.00 per ticket service fee will be added for any exceptions to the above terms. No refunds or exchanges on day-of-show, promotions or special offers.


Exchanges

Refund & Exchange Privileges for Current OSF Members

Tickets must be received in, or Will Call tickets released to, the Box Office at least three days before the performance. Exchange fee and refund fee waived. No refunds or exchanges on special offers.

All refunds and exchanges must be arranged by contacting the Box Office at 541-482-4331, 800-219-8161 or boxoffice@osfashland.org. All refunds on purchases made with a credit card must be refunded back to the same credit card.

Promotional Offers

No ticket refunds or exchanges on promotional offers.

*Discounts do not apply to 'C' section seats.

Donating Tickets
Returned tickets received at the Box Office before the performance may qualify as a tax-deductible donation.
Children in Theatres
  • Children under six are not admitted to plays or other events; however childcare is available in Ashland. 
  • There is a maximum of four discounted youth tickets for each adult ticket per performance. 
  • To determine suitability of  play content for your children, call the Box Office or check play synopses and suitability suggestions on our website.
Curtain Time Policy
Times are listed on your tickets and confirmations. Please allow ample time to park and arrive at the theatre before the performance. Shows or events begin on time and latecomers cannot be guaranteed seating. Latecomers in the Angus Bowmer Theatre and the Allen Elizabethan Theatre will be seated at suitable intervals or at intermission. In the Thomas Theatre, latecomers will be seated at intermission. If a show does not have an intermission, latecomers will not be seated, but they can watch the show from the lobby on video monitors. Latecomers do not receive refunds.
Weather Policy
If it rains during the first hour of an outdoor performance, bring your ticket stub to the Box Office to receive a rain voucher. You must have been present in the theatre at the beginning of the play. The Box Office will issue a rain voucher only if you choose to leave within that first hour. The play will continue as long as it is safe for the company to perform.
Service Animals
Service animals are the only pets allowed in the Box Office Lobby or any events and/or performances.
