osf prologueA must for every group! These dynamic, 30-minute introductions to the plays are presented by a company member. Students who attend Prologues, especially for plays with challenging themes or complex language, such as Shakespeare’s, are better able to understand the plays and get more out of the experience. Prologues introduce characters, themes, language and other background information and are offered for every play in the season. They are recommended for The Tempest, The Sign in Sidney Brustein's Window, The Great Society, The Comedy of Errors, Water by the Spoonful, Richard III and The Two Gentleman of Verona.

New for 2013: To accommodate as many school groups as possible, groups will be combined for Prologues. Groups of 15 – 50: $60; groups of 51 – 80: $75. Tuesday – Sunday before performances.
