TONE DEAF QUARTET

Performing in the 2013 Green show Sunday, August 25.

This is their first season with the OSF Green Show.

We're TONE DEAF comedy acappella quartet and proud of it!

The 4 members of TONE DEAF QUARTET are deeply in love with singing acappella music and even more in love with entertaining folks! Last July as members of the Salem SenateAires, we placed 5 place in the world at the BHS international's (the largest acappella singing competition in the world.

Tom Walker (lead) is a grade school teacher in the Rogue Valley.

Al Robins (Baritone) is a physiologist who lives and practices in Ashland.

Doug Borngasser (Bass) is a stay-at-home dad to 2 young boys in Grants Pass.

Michael Biggs (Tenor) is the manager of The Peerless Hotel in Ashland.

All 4 members have years musical training and have been honing their craft and enjoying each others company since 2009. In fact we have sang on the Green Show stage as a featured quartet when the Rogue Valley Harmonizers sang on the Green Show last summer. The audience loved us!

TONE DEAF QUARTET on Community: We are deeply rooted in the Rogue Valley. We love it here and feel blessed to be part of the local music community! we are also passionate about singing acappella music. All 4 members also sing with an award winning chorus in Salem, Oregon which means that we get up at 3:30am (monthly) drive to Salem for a day-long 7 hours musical retreat then drive back home the same day. In all it is a 18 hour day and we love it! Music makes our heart smile. We would cherish an opportunity to expand our community by singing for the Green Show as a featured act.
