Diversity & Inclusion

Diversity and Inclusion are guiding values in ALL of our work – from the actors and stories on our stages and the audiences in our seats to the people in our offices.

Diversity and inclusion are core values at OSF. In recent years, OSF has outlined the foundational philosophies of our Diversity and Inclusion Structure in the

OSF Values Statement and the Audience Development Manifesto.

The Audience Development Manifesto outlines OSF’s commitment to proactively diversifying our audiences over four areas:

  1. Socio-Economic Diversity
