The Oregon Shakespeare Festival's School Visit Program, now in its 38th year, is one of the largest theatre outreach programs in the country. When a team of two actors visits a school, students see and hear works of Shakespeare and other great writers presented in ways that relate to their own experiences and engage their imaginations. Every fall, teams visit urban and rural schools in many Western states.

  • Combination program (combines Shakespeare and other dramatic literature, poetry and short stories)
  • Elementary program (appropriate for younger students, grades 4 through 6)
One or two workshops

Following the two performances, the team will lead either two, one-hour workshops (limited to 35 students in each) or one, two-hour workshop (limited to 35 students).
