Healthcare
OSF pays 90% of healthcare premiums for company members and approximately 50% for partners and other qualified dependents. Our cafeteria plan allows
OSF company members to pay for healthcare costs (uncovered health insurance premiums, prescriptions, child care and other costs) from pre-tax income. We also offer medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, prescription and employee assistance programs and were one of the first employers in Oregon to offer domestic partner coverage.
OSF is self-insured and company members who work 20 hours per week or more, who have a contract of 20 weeks or more receive benefits.
Retirement benefits
All company members can participate in the Festival's 403(b) tax sheltered annuity retirement plan.
OSF provides a dollar-for-dollar 401(a) match up to 5% of salary for each eligible participating company member. Company members are fully vested after four years of service.
Vacation
Full-time and seasonal company members with contracts of 20 weeks or more, who work 20 hours per week or more, are eligible for vacation. Our policy provides two weeks vacation after one year of employment, three weeks after five years of employment, four weeks after ten years of employment. Company members get 10 paid holidays during the year and non-exempt company members receive comp time.
Leave of absence
OSF provides paid and unpaid personal, parental, family medical, bereavement, military and jury duty leaves.
Insurance
OSF also provides $10,000 life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment for company members who are at OSF for 10 months or more. Long term disability is provided to company members who are with
OSF for 12 months or more.
