SAMPLE BEQUEST LANGUAGE FOR A RESTRICTED GIFT

I hereby give to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, an Oregon nonprofit corporation with its principal offices at 15 South Pioneer Street, Ashland, OR  97520, (the sum of $ _____) or (___% of the residue of my estate,) to be used for the purposes I have designated in writing and delivered to Oregon Shakespeare Festival.  If in its opinion, the need for funds for the designated purpose no longer exists, Oregon Shakespeare Festival is authorized to use these funds for a similar purpose.

Life Insurance, Retirement Assets and Financial Accounts

Gifts of Life Insurance, Retirement Assets and Financial Accounts

To arrange a bequest, simply contact your life insurance provider, retirement plan administrator, and/or bank or financial institution to complete and file the appropriate beneficiary designation form(s) or payable on death (POD) form(s).

Please use the following if you wish to leave a bequest to Oregon Shakespeare Festival:
