Costume Crafts Artisan II

First season at OSF: 2009

The best part of my job is that I create different costume pieces all of the time: My Fair Lady hats, To Kill a Mockingbird ham, The Heart of Robin Hood smoking hat, Love's Labor's Lost life-size candy box. My favorite was John Tufts' huge floral headdress in Head Over Heels. Previously I worked at the Repertory Theatre of St. Louis in crafts and also designed some of their children's shows. I also costume designed for most of the small theatres in the St. Louis area. A highlight was designing for Circus Flora for 6 years and traveling with them to the Spoleto Festival twice. The most memorable OSF show for me was Equivocation—the first show I attended here.
