First Hand

First season at OSF: 2009

Amber moved to Ashland from Southern California, where she worked in the costume shops of South Coast Repertory, Opera Pacific and Shakespeare Santa Cruz. She enjoys teaching and has held staff and faculty positions at California State University-Long Beach and Cypress College. Amber earned an MFA in costume design from CSU-Long Beach and a BA in drama and speech from University of North Carolina-Greensboro. In addition to her work in the OSF costume shop, Amber also leads Prologues for student patrons. Amber's interests include ballet, knitting and spending time with her husband of 18 years, Eric, and their daughter, Brienna.
