Notes to parents

Children under six are not admitted to plays or other events; however childcare is available in Ashland.
There is a maximum of four discounted youth tickets for each adult ticket per performance. No youth discounts for group orders.
To determine suitability of play content for your children, call the Box Office or check play synopses and age recommendations on our website.

Refunds

Tickets must be received in, or Will Call tickets released to, the Box Office at least seven days before the performance. $5 per ticket Refund Fee. (Except Special Offers: no refunds)
All refunds must be arranged by contacting the Box Office at (541) 482-4331, (800) 219-8161 or boxoffice@osfashland.org. All refunds on purchases made with a credit card must be refunded back to a credit card. No cash or check refunds.

Any exceptions to the above terms assessed a $10.00 per ticket service fee. No refunds or exchanges on day-of-show, promotions or special offers.

Tax-deductible donation

Returned tickets received at the Box Office before the performance may qualify as a tax-deductible donation.

Animals

Service animals are the only pets allowed in any events or performances.

Please be on time

Times are listed on your tickets and confirmations. Please allow ample time to park and arrive at the theatre before the performance. Shows or events begin on time and latecomers cannot be guaranteed seating. Angus Bowmer and Elizabethan Stage/Allen Pavilion seating of late comers may be made at suitable intervals or intermission. Latecomer seating in the New Theatre will be at intermission. If a show does not have an intermission there will be no seating of latecomers. Video monitors in the lobbies allow latecomers to view the show. Latecomers do not receive refunds.

Inclement weather

Keep your ticket stub. If it rains during the first hour of an outdoor performance, rain vouchers will be issued to anyone who chooses to leave in that period. You must be present in the theatre at the beginning of the play to be eligible. The play will continue as long as it is safe for the company to perform.
