Ashland, Ore.--The public is invited to join the Oregon Shakespeare Festival's Executive Director Paul Nicholson, Artistic Director Bill Rauch and members of the OSF staff for a Town Hall meeting titled "Community Connection & Conversation." The event is the second and final Town Hall meeting this season, and will be held from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, October 27 in the Angus Bowmer Theatre. Doors open at 6:45 p.m.
This open forum discussion will be moderated by Lue Morgan Douthit, OSF's director of literary development and dramaturgy. The event is an end-of-the-season opportunity to ask about the plays and programs implemented in 2008, the upcoming season, the potential effect of the current economic situation on OSF and Ashland, and anything else on the minds of the community.
The event will be taped for broadcast on RVTV for those who are unable to attend.
The public is invited to submit topics for discussion online at townhall@osfashland.org.
