"Meet Me on the Bricks" is produced by actors Miles Fletcher and John Tufts and funded in part by the Oregon Arts Commission. In each episode the actors take other OSF actors to various Ashland and Rogue Valley attractions.

Well, it’s Friday, so there must be a Famous Face! This week it is Karen Grassle, perhaps best known as ‘Ma Ingalls’ on eight seasons of “Little House on the Prairie.” In 2003, she played the Duchess of York in our production of “Richard II.”

For those new arrivals in Ashland, I thought I would dig into the files of earlier Orientation materials. The following comes from the 1962 Guide, which may have been written by Angus Bowmer:

We’d seen some pretty incredible shrines this morning. Some kings had entire rooms dedicated them, but Hal’s tomb, was kind of tucked away, and though its bronze effigy is gorgeously made, it seemed almost modest compared to everything else we’d seen.

Being the copilot means more legroom.
