In six seasons at OSF: Hip-hop dramaturg, Hamlet; curator and producer, the Green Show (since 2008); audio play producer (Romeo and Juliet, Measure for Measure, Hamlet); artistic office liaison to the education department and the community at large; producer, Mixing Texts (2008–2011) and OSF Hip-Hop Boot Camp (2007). 

Other credits: Director/developer of Phoenix Blues (OSF Presents, Britt Festival); writer/performer Fill in the Blank (CaliFest, OSF Midnight Projects). Artistic director, Smokin’ Word Productions. Director, Come Back to Me, Six Hits, 365 Plays/365 Days (Cherry Lane Theatre DUTF, Smokin’ Word Productions, NY Neofuturists, Hip-Hop Theatre Festival at The Public Theater); Brothers Size (OSF Midnight Project); Festival Countdown to the Happy Day (Ashland New Plays). Author of plays at Kennedy Center, Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company, La MaMa E.T.C., Cherry Lane Theatre, and the Hip-Hop Theatre Festival. Member of the NY Neofuturists; teacher of writing, performance, and professional development workshops nationwide; performer on HBO’s Def Poetry Jam. 

Awards: Fresh Fruit Festival best director and DUTF Audience Award; identified by American Theatre magazine as one of the 25 theatre artists who will shape American theatre in the next 25 years.
