Susan Cain

Susan Cain, Ashland, Oregon, joined the faculty of Southern Oregon University as an assistant professor of Accounting in 2004. Prior to that position, she was with KPMG Peat Marwick for 21 years in the San Francisco office, where she specialized in banking institutions and was the National Partner-In-Charge of the Trust Tax Services group. She is currently Chairman of the Board of Trustees of St. Marys School in Medford and acts as Treasurer for a number of non-profit entities. She graduated with highest honors from Oregon State University with a BA in General Science and received her Masters in Taxation in 2005. Susan enjoys theatre, reading, and participating in activities with her husband and children.
