Paul D. Hill, Ashland Oregon and Stanley, Idaho, held senior management positions, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer, at two national banking organizations, Wachovia Bank and The Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, over a 25 year career. Before that, he was partner in a major law firm for 10 years. Paul provides consulting services to community development and affordable housing organizations in both communities. A Connecticut native, he received a BA from Williams College in Massachusetts, and a law degree from Columbia University Law School. Paul is married to Ann.
