OSF and Covid Safety

OSF’s Commitment to Health and Safety in Our Theatres

OSF is dedicated to creating a safe environment for our audiences and staff as we welcome you to our theatres.

Safety Requirements

Vaccine and Mask Policy

Vaccines and masks are no longer required in our indoor theaters or in our outdoor venue, the Allen Elizabethan Theater, but they remain encouraged.

As an alternative, OSF will offer special mask-required weekends of performances April 12-14, June 21-23, September 6-8. All patrons who attend these showings will be required to wear their face coverings in all our indoor venues—including the Thomas Theatre and the Angus Bowmer Theatre—for the duration of their time on campus. Masks will remain optional for our outdoor venue, the Allen Elizabethan Theatre. Please contact the OSF Box Office to exchange in/out of these special performance dates.

Security checkpoints

For safety, all bags and backpacks will be subject to search. Our friendly security employees will conduct this search as a preventative measure. Thank you for your patience and support.

Ticketing Policies

Please see Terms and Conditions for information on our ticketing policies.

A special note about concessions

Concessions are back! Enjoy light fare and local beer, wine, and coffee in communion with fellow OSF guests in the theatres‘ lobbies.
